THE SERVICE WE OFFER -


  • We specialise in removing mould and mildew, nicotine and water marks from any fabric window coverings, with amazing results. So don't ever think your drapes are too old, or too bad - we are very proud of the results we achieve.
  • We clean and deodorise all fabric window treatments - that is, all curtains, drapes and fabric blinds (Romans, Austrians, Londons).
  • We clean thermals - that is, both thermal-backed fabric and drapes that are lined with thermal lining.
  • Please leave the hooks IN your curtains as we hang them by the hooks to process them.
  • We do general repairs and maintenance in conjunction with them being cleaned - rehemming, repairing pleats, relining if necessary, replace loops and strings in fabric blinds.
  • We work to a 48-hour turnaround.  Live outside the service area? Just put them on a courier to us and we will treat them as top priority as soon as we receive them.  The turnaround is just a little longer to allow for the courier service.
  • We offer pickup and delivery Auckland-wide and that can include taking down and reinstalling. Or a cheaper option is for you to drop them to us at 174 Great South Road, Takanini and pick them up on completion.
Our mobile service operates throughout Auckland, offering
pickup and delivery (including take down and reinstall),
and is particularly popular with :

  • Property investors - we deal direct with the tenant to
    arrange access etc, and just send the account to the owner
  • Elderly people who have difficulty coping with the whole process of taking down and rehanging.
  • People working fulltime - we can either pickup from
    the doorstep or from their place of work.

We work to a strict 48-hour turnaround ensuring as little
inconvenience as possible to the customer.

  • Curtain Clinic pickup and deliver, AND takedown and reinstall...
 
SILVER SERVICE
  • Curtain Clinic pickup and deliver your curtains, but you take them down and reinstall
 
BRONZE SERVICE
  • You bring them to us and pick them up when they are finished.
